Morning Banana Diet*
5 simple steps to follow:
1. Eat two (2) pcs of Dole Cavendish Bananas for breakfast and drink only room temperature water.
2. Eat anything you want for lunch and dinner.Do not be overstuffed.
3. At 3pm you may eat a snack, if hungry.
4. Take dinner before 8pm and sleep by midnight.
5. Exercise only if you want.
